86 230 quadsport oils issue's plz help
 

Hi I got a 86 230 quadsport bored 0.40 over and it is burning oil out the exhaust pipe And dont kno y could u plz give me a couple hints on y it is doing this plz and ty

Maybe time for rings
 

Your quad should not be burning any oil. If you have smoke coming from your exhaust it's time for new rings or a top end rebuild. If the smoke only comes out for a bit after start up after its been sitting it could be valve seals. You may have to take it somewhere to get it correctly narrowed down to which it is.
