Default 1987 Polaris trail boss 250 4x4 Need help!!!

whats happened is my rear chain broke and I realized my inner sprocket was missing teeth, that runs the back tires. How do I remove this sprocket? I have taken the outside one off for the front wheel, but there is a bearing flange and bearing behind there I have the flange off but how do you pull the bearing and the part behind it off? Or do I need to pull the whole motor apart to reach this sprocket any help would be great!!!

Have to remove the two bolts on the bearing flange, plus if it still has the small collar behind it,takes a 1/16" or 1/8" allen head to loosen the socket screw so it can be removed through the frame cut out also. Sprocket is held on by a small snap ring. Just remove it and slide the old sprocket out,new one in. SOME bearings and flanges are frozen from being on so long as you've noticed! Be aware that you may have to beat it up to get it off..Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse
