You might also want to read a couple ATV owner's manuals. The manuals that came with my Arctic Cats had excellent safety advice.

You can often go to a maker's website and find manuals for recent model years online. It took me just a minute to find Arctic Cat's manuals for instance: https://www.arcticcat.com/manuals/

Go to the quad maker's site and look at the top or bottom of the screen, usually in the "About" section or "Owners" section.
