Need help timing a counter balance shaft on my Express 400L.

 

Balancer has a dot on a tooth that aligns with the dot on the crank shaft sprocket. If gears are corroded like a lot of them from coolant that may have gotten into the cavity,bead blasting them can help you see the marks.
