so I ordered that plug and play solenoid and the switch from Arctic Cat. Also looking at just again replacing the winch and knowing it’s all new and works.

I know you guys are like WTF is he thinking! I am one of those people that just has the luck of if something can crap out when I need it usually it does. I dont want to be stuck out in the woods and not be able to winch myself or someone else out if needed. I actually use my winch from time to time and its saved me a walk out a couple times.

If the in/out is backwards reverse the small wires going to the green & black wires on the solenoid .
didn’t end up needing to cut the wires. There was a connector under the front fairing that it connected to.

So if the wires did not match up with the old solenoid what connector were you able to plug it in to?

That little two wire connector mid harness connected to a plug under the front fairing. There is also a 3 wire connector that connects to the solenoid

Your not going to believe this but after all that time and money plus some aggravation it turned out to be the fuse under the seat
