Default Smaller tires than OEM

Is it safe to run a 10 wide tire on a 10 wide rim? OEM is 11 wide.

I would be carefull there, most tires mount to a narrower rim to seal properly. I would definetly get some advice from others that have tried that, getting the tires to seal is the only Issue I could think of. Keep in mind we are using low pressure inside our offroad tires unlike a car or truck!

That's kinda the way I was leaning, you can stretch truck tires because of the higher pressure. Thanks for the reply

I don't think I ever saw 10" wide rims on an ATV. 7" or 8" would be closer to a normal size rear wheel.
