GETTING READY FOR SOME HEALTHY TRAIL RIDING! without pain, longer/further trips out, quicker mental attention on trails, feel better, better sex after returning back to momma lol
Still working out and look forward to it, but that thrill doesn't kick in overnight! I trick my mind...simple solution, ''for everyone''! I don't feed my face until I do a full set, ''before ea meal''!! It works, who doesn't like FOOD? Another brain trick is to just get up and just standing there, and do anything, even just standing there for a minute, if nothing else, will work! then set down reward yourself for at least attempting it! and reward yourself with food, your inner being/self will get a great overwhelming feeling of accomplishment! Now next time your ready to eat, do the same simple exercise lol but add one little move/moves and add a few more seconds ea time during the (I wont use the word....exercise lol) thing we do before we eat. It works great for me because I crave FOOD!!! I'v lost the 15 #'s I put on after xmas Holidays and feel great, mentally and physically, I even had my lovely spouse feel my muscle and she was very amazed lol Rock hard she commented, before, during and somewhat after lol
