1992 Polaris Trail Boss 250 2x4 rear brake line help
 

My buddy broke the fitting on the rear brake line that connects to the rear brake caliper. I was hoping to get a new brake line but I can’t find anything on the internet. If anyone has any idea what brake line to buy for a replacement, please help me out!

Have you tried taking the old line and going to your local auto parts store and looking for something close?

Look on this site to see what part number you need. I think it's 1930632 but you need to check for yourself to make sure that's the right one. Then you can find out who has one. That brake line with fittings was used on several models from 1998-1983. If you can't find one you'll have to get one made, or get a brake line forming tool and make it yourself. Don't bend brake lines without the tool.
