The price of the complete Noleen system installed is $328.00. They throw in the jet for free and he said the size is 155 on the main and leave the other stock.

Hey TL,

Have you seen any comparison with these to the FMF Powercore IV. My partner is getting ready to hook up his 400ex. The cool thing is we lice in Chino, the city right next to Corona !
Any advise on a rev box ?

Jeff

Hey just got off the phone with these cats.

Just a FYI
This system comes with no spark arrestor. Real drag out here in southern cal. Whitie will be all over that !

Any updates on this pipe. I am getting one tomorrow and would like to have a starting place when re-jetting. I also have a K&N with holes, not only in my head, but also in the air box lid.

We haven't had a chance to change the jetting again yet but I really feel that we are at a good level now. the 158 main and 40 pilot with 1 notch raising of the needle is a good start or place to stay.

Thanks for the info. By the way, I see you are from Arkansas. Just got back from Mena. WOW. Hopefully I get the pipe today or tomorrow. Then it's time to work. I'll post any new findings.

Just talked to these guy's. I am being told that this pipe will get you to the rev limiter a lot quicker than stock...and a WB rev kit should be used.

you are correct the pipe does make the Bike rev much faster. It is amazing the difference the pipe will make. I haven't changed my CDI because I race in Hare Scrambles which means I am running low in the RPM's much of the time. I also race for a minimum of 1 hour, because of this I don't really want to push my motor beyond the set factory rpm's. I feel that Honda as a company knows more than I do about what is good and bad for my Quad and I am not going to second guess them. However if you are a rider who is always topping out and running high RPM's I can see where is would be a great addition. What I am really waiting for is a CDI box that is adjustable for my particular riding and conditions.

Hope this helps
