I own a 400ex and the front shocks suck for jumpin i realling hope they get smart and but some real shocks on the front of the 450r that whould make it so much better then you wouldn't have to spend the extra 800 or more on the front shocks they should put good shocks on the front and include it in the price Thats what i think..........

 

that would be good...but to me what makes a quad is the overall frame design and hop up potential. shocks,a-arms, axles can all be improved. I guarantee you can slap a 440 kit in that ex and put some money into the shocks and a-arms, axle...that stuff and be more happier with it than you would any stock quad.
