I don't know about that, my son is 5' 4" and reaches all the controls fine,when you sit on the seat,if your feet are flat on the pegs, and you can easily put your hands on the grips and move the bars side to side without having to stretch, it shouldn't be any problem. As far as being light,you'll just go faster !!!

 

are you asking if your to small? I have a friend the same size as you that rides a 400ex. but he has been riding sence he was a very small kid. what do you ride now a mojave? if so you can ride the 300ex [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

I'm selling my mojave to get a 300ex. But yes i did drive a mojave.

 

than you should have no problem with the 300 ex. you will like it more than that mojave.I know I like my EX alot more than my mojave.
