I bought a 2002 400ex that has a yoshimura slip on with the stock header pipe and a K&N air filter. i can't seem to get a header pipe the the muffler i have right now so I want to get a full system racing exhaust for my 400ex and i plan on some time to put a 440 or 416 or 426 kit on it but probably a 440 and have it to beable to run on pump gas but of the CT full system Big gun race full system or FMF Titanium 4 full system which is better for the price and which one would give the best gains in power if i don't decide to put the 440 kit on it? i do trail and race riding. and if you have any other suggestions lets hear them.

Arent sparks Ct and Graydon basically all the same pipes. They are all constructed after the old supertrapps I think. Id say get one of those 3 though

also how are Bill's pipes from moto joe. i was looking at the Bills thunder series. are these any good in a full system? and what are the ups and downs of the dic's system and just the end cap system?

 

I have a 440 ex with a full fmf system and it works really well, I noticed a distinct power gain after re-jetting. I can't say for sure if its better than the other brands but I'm sure you'd be happy with it

 

does any have the Trinity"s racing full system on there 400ex if so how do you like it and how does it compare to the others like CT

 

Get the white brothers e-series complete, it puts out almost the same hp as the ct complete but with a little less noise. Mine produces a big power gain.

 

I would agree my brother is running the WB E-series and it makes alot of difference and has a throaty sound to it.. but it is not all that loud

Most of all it looks better than anyother pipe i have seen exept the DMC Alien .. i saw a guy with one of those and i thought is was one of the sweetest pipes i have ever seen or heard on the EX.. !! don't know how well they perform over the sparks or E-series but they Sounded good.
