Hard to say if the top end will bolt on - I'm guessing it will, OEM parts for the CRF are very inexpensive - especially if you compare them to Yamaha YFZ parts.
One problem that will need to be addressed is a custom piston for that combo - the CRF piston will not work on the TRX due to the wrist pin size and likely height.
