Dunner did it actually breakdown or was it just heavy and no power?

I have to say one thing though , the Trail Boss and Trail Blazer are older technology, try one of the Magnums and the SP's they are allot nicer.

i love my recon
its a fun quad
u can take it many places most other 2x4 utilities cant ever go. its just a tough and fun quad
and forget that Polaris guy. You now have regular shifting, much better than womenly automatic.

pathfinder,
that's very true. The main thing I guess that bugs me is 2cycle. My brother has a 00 xplorer 400 and he always has to watch out for fowling plugs. It's one thing to fowl out on a bike, but on quad? I'd of course carry a spare but it's still trouble. Granted he puts around too much and that probably contributes to his plug rate.
It's a damn nice quad though. And the sp500 is really nice(and 4stoke)

pathfinder,
hey by the way have you heard about the new Nissan Path finder. Sounds like they have an optional Maxima SE engine.

TexasWarrior,
Yep, fenders would be nice on the Warrior. I come home looking like I fell into something and my daughter comes in with one little spot of mud on her boot. The blackwaters on the Warrior are great, last time we went mudding, it was the Recon and Suzuki getting stuck but not me. I stayed with the stock rims but went with a wider tire than the stock size and that did the trick. Be good!

He also lost about 100 pounds of unnecessary weight, which makes a difference in performance. The longitudinal crank in the Recon means less power loss thru the tranny, too.
