Recon won't idle!
 

I bought a Recon ES one week ago and now it will not idle. I can't even put it in reverse because of this.
WHAT should I do?

it probably still needs to be broken in. mine still does that sometimes. it may need a valve adjustment. im trying to get mine readjusted real soon because mines doing the same thing. im just not going to run it until i get it done because i dont want to swallow a valve and ruin the whole engine. have you changed the oil or spark plug yet.
sometimes you just have to wait for it to warm up nice and good. does it still idle when its warm?

Have you tried turning up the idle speed? Or wont it idle even then?

I tried choking it but then it only idles for a few seconds and shuts off.
So I'm just going to take it to the dealer and see if they can fix it because
it just won't work right .

Let us know what they fix or adjust, they should be able to get it going good for you.
