Uhh, no. 450R will smoke it............

 

250r modded maybe, stock form no way.

 

450R hands down, it would take quite a bit to get a 250R to beat a 450 in a drag.

 

I really don't think it would take that much, the 250R was about 38 HP and I believe it was slightly lighter. Regardless, I would much rather have an old school 250R with some nice mods, but they are so hard to find now. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

Oh here we go...Both quads are extremely fast. First off where are you going to find a stock 250R?? If you can find one please let me know. The 250R is also 40 lbs lighter, dry, and even more wet due to its smaller fuel tank. It all comes down to whether you prefer two strokes or four. I personally prefer the 250R but i can't deny the 450R is fast.

Both quads are quick (Extremely fast is a bit of a stretch)
There is no such thing as a 'stock' 250R these days... C'mon, the bike is 19 years old!!!! Unless you've found a grandpa that has one in the barn since it was new, it's not likely you'll be finding a stocker.

Comparing my little 250 to the new 450R is like an apples/oranges to anvils comparison. I won't go there (Apply common sense here)

Per the title of this thread: the 450R is the fastest qaud honda makes, as the 250R has been long extinct for 16 years... Unfortunately!

 

i still have to agree on the trx90.....with a few mods it is like crazy fast.....
