trx200sx electric start doesn't work
I have a good battery and used my multimeter to test it as well as hooked up a charger for testing. I have power into the solenoid (or what I believe is the solenoid, in with all of the other wires and the only fuse). I don't have power coming out the other side of it though. Should I have power there or not until the starter button is pushed? I got the quad 3 weeks ago. It needed some work, but the e-start worked the day I bought it. If it means anything, I do have power to the headlight and the kill switch works.

You should hear a "click" sound from the solenoid when you push the start button. You should get battery voltage to the starter side of the solenoid when you hit the start button.

Daniel, you wouldn't be able to tell me how to adjust the clutch would you? I know where the screw and nut are, just not the sequence of events. thanks!

Loosen the lock nut. Turn the screw in(clockwise) untill you feel light resistance, then back it out 1/4 to 1/2 a turn. Tighten the lock nut.
