Default Rancher Silencer/baffle

I had a bit of an accident with a truck that backed up into my rancher, I dont know how but he bent the pipe and the silencer is now out since it was the only thing we dident bother to fix, If i keep running it without the silencer will I have to rejet or am I fine?

Not sure on the Rancher but my neighbor "gutted" his muffler on his 05 Recon and it seemed to run fine like that. In fact, a man across the road bought it and his grandson rides it like it is without the baffle/spark arrestor in it.
Not sure I would ride it like that in very dry grass though.
