my buddies dirt bike stalls unless he gives it gas, and he claims the idle speed is right but i dont understnd how thats possible. anyways, does anyone know what a good setting is for the air/fuel mixture screw on a 100cc honda dirtbike? 4 stroker. i would do it for him but i moved about a half hour away from his house so i cant. please jsut give me an estimated amount of turns if thats possible. thanks.

2 turns out from lightly seated, should be close.

But it sounds to me, the pilot jet is plugged., if it wont idle, but does run with some throttle.

Default fuel mixture screw

do you mean tighten it in all the way, and then bring out 2 full turns?

I wouldnt say tighten it..the soft tip of the needle can be deformed if snugged too tight. Turn it all the way in, until you feel increased resistance, then back it out 2 turns. It should start and run at that setting. Then adjust it from there for a smooth stable idle when warmed up.
