Strange Voltage Issue on 400 Rancher AT
 

My buddy is having a sporadic problem with his 06 Rancher AT with 30 hrs and 150 Miles.

He will ride it for a short time, shut it off, and it will not start back about 50% of the time.

He sticks a battery charger on it for 5 mins and it fires right up.

He had the battery tested at a local shop, and they said it was fine.

He also had to have the ECM and one other part (doenst remember what) replaced right before this started happening.

Any ideas?

Have him check the connections on the parts they replaced, sounds like he has a hot wire up against the frame and grounding out there by draining the battery
