My 2006 Rancher 400 ESP LED light is blinking 12 times

The ESP LED has 2 dashes (- -) and ESP flashes 12 times. When running the ATV it sputters and spitts. Any suggestions on how to fix it. Thanks

Code #12 is "motor driver curcuit" here are the tests ...
