Help fuse problem.
I just replaced my battery on my 350 honda atv. My battery is fully charged but the 20 amp fuse pops everytime I replace the fuse. If I take the battery cable off of the battery and put the 20 amp fuse in its fine until of course I reconnect the battery cable to the battery. Does anyone know why the 20 amp fuse is continously popping? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

Sounds like you have a connection grounding out somewhere along the line.

Thanks for the input, so where do you think I should start looking. Not familar with the grounding part of the four wheeler. Do you have any other suggestions on what I can do to fix it?

Help fuse problem.
Sounds like a dead short. Start checking over the posative battery cables nad everything else attached to the posative terminal. If any of the posative wires, solenoid connectors or such are bare and touchin any part of the frame you will have a dead short. Looked for frayed, chafed, melted wire jacketing, burnt cabling and so on. Also make sure you have the battery connected properly, reversing the postive and negative wires can cause alot of trouble.
