TRX 250 Won't Start
#1
Please bear with me, as I'm a 2 wheel/2stroke guy, so this is kind of new to me.
My son has an 05 TRX 250, that sat outside for quite a while without running. I brought it home, put in a new battery, fresh gas, and cleaned the carb. It started and ran for a couple of minutes, now it won't run anymore. It cranks, but won't fire. It has good spark, and as far as I can tell everything is ok with the fuel system. Does anyone have any suggestions on where else I should look for the solution? Any advice is greatly appreciated and welcome.

I completely tore down the carb. It's not gummed up at all.</end quote></div>
We hear that all the time, but folks neglect to really clean the jets, especially the slow (idle/pilot) jet!!!
