Default 1994 Honda Fourtrax 4x4 Atv Brake Problem

Ok I have a 1994 Honda That my grandfather Gave me and Recently while riding i Had No Brakes and when going down the moutain back to the house i had some but is there a Problem with my brakes im 15 and dont have a whole lot of money and what should i do to fix my Brakes?

I would guess at a 300, doesn't matter anyway. Front brakes are drum and either need adjusting or have lost the fluid, try adjusting. The screw jack adjusters are nearly always seized, so may need removal, freeing up and greasing before you can adjust the shoes. The rear brakes are drum too, and the main cable adjusters are at the back. Shorten them a bit, you may need to hold the cables with an 8mm spanner while you turn the wingnuts. Make sure the pivot lever comes back after you press the rear brakes, sticking cables and seized rear brake pivot pins are common.
