Just to stop this polaris copy stuff, honda has made the PILOT for years as it is a destroked CR 500 motor. And the Odessey since 82' both are CVT. Anyway's I dont think polaris is junk, they are super fast and go anywhere. But for a going 100+ miles away from anyone else and 75 miles from the nearest Logging road on a hunting trip, I will not take anything but a foreman after my friend fouled a plug last year on his Express 400, and his friend lost a axle berring the year before that. Just my 2 cents..Joe

In defense of Polaris they probably make the most reliable and easy to tune 2 strokes of anyone so maybe the plug fouling was a carb that needed adjustment or something. As for the bearing that sounds like a 100% Polaris problem to me.
