I'm stumped....2000 450 ES
 

I have two questions. The first question is what are the symptoms on an ES system for a failed gear position switch? And second, I want to pull the speed sensor and inspect it/clean it, but how the heck do you get that stupid 3 pin connector apart??? The one under the left rear fender. I'm afraid I'm going to break it trying.
