Foreman FM 450 Won't Start
 

This one won't start. I put a new battery on. Can jump it across the ralay/solenoid and start it. The key switch works on/off. No lights on the meter will come on until it starts then the neutral light and the oil temp light come on. The red light flashes. The head lights won't burn at all ever. I changed out the relay/solenoid and a blown 30 amp fuse. That made no difference. All fuses are good. Does anyone have an idea where I might start looking now? I have another wiring harness with all the parts still hanging on it. I just don't know where to start. Thanks

You might check the ground on your motor. Or the connections on your battery. I would start there.
