1986 BIG RED ATC 250ES: No Neutral light, Won'T Start on Kick Start, Tailights only?
 

I just bought a 1986 250 Big Red and when you turn on the key the only thing that works are the two tailights ~ no headlight ( high or low doesn't work but I haven't checked the bulb either, the neutral light doesn't come on, if I put it in reverse rocking front to back to make sure it engages into reverse the light still doesn't come on, I try kicking it over to see if it will start and it won't like No Fire ( spark ). Any help would be greatly appreciated and especially where to start looking for a problem, could it be the ignition itself, but if it was the ignition why would the tailights come on when you turn on the lights? Any help would be greatly apprciated Thanks

Fixed it, the headlight bulb was burnt out and the neutral switch wire came off
