[Replying to an argumentative post concerning Honda's "experimental" transmission, said post now deleted.]

It's hardly experimental. It's been around since 1962 in the Juno scooter. I have one right now on a 1978 CB750 and with 12,000 on the odometer Not one problem with the transmission or the rest of the bike. Not too bad for a 24 year old experimental tranny.

I'm looking for some also. Unfortunately, I don't think the bumper manufacturers are cooperating yet.

It depends on what you are going for. If you are going for looks, you won't agree with my opinion. I like the Warn front bumper with lights and fairlead for the winch. I've seen this bumper and like how well it's made. I think retail will be around 125-130 or so. For the back, I love the Kimpex bumper. It has a big tubualar design that still allows acces to the storage compartment. Retail will probably be around 70-80 dollars. This would not be the best looking combo, but I like the practicality.

Also, if you ever have a need for a winch on the front and/or rear, I like the Hitch Hopper design. They are built extremely well and offer a lot of flexibility, with a recessed hitch on both front and rear. This is great for moving a winch from front to back with ease, moving a rack or spare tire front to back. They are a little pricey, but are nice set ups.
