2001 Honda foreman 450 es shift problems
 

hey guys i need some help i was givin a honda foreman 450 es by my aunt got it running and know i am tryin to get the es to work and replaced everything i can think of and it still doesn't want to work i can't figure out what it is when i turn on the key i can hear a relay clicking ive gone over all the wiring and cant find the problem so if you can please give me a hand. thanks.

Please briefy list what you have replaced?

shift motor, angle sensor, battery, and the controls on the handle bars

Thanks..Will it hand shift manually with shift tool?Did you clean the 2 gears behind the shift motor?

yes and yes i think it is the ecu

Just for grins did you check charging system? Possible if system not getting enough volts when running the esp may not work correct...
