Question 1998 Honda Foreman 400TRX Electrical Problems

Need some help here!
My atv has some electrical problems that I can't figure out.
When I turn the ignition on, I get no power at all. The neutral light doesn't come on, my fan doesn't turn on, the lights won't work and ignition won't fire it up.
I put in a new battery, charged it up, installed a new starter relay solenoid, but still nothing. The starter does work because when I jump the poles on the relay solenoid the starter turns over and the machine fires up.
Any suggestions on what could be going on would be great! Thanks for any help.
When the machine does start up, everything does work(lights, headlight, fan, etc.)

If the warning lights etc, work once the bike is started, he fault is between the battery and voltage regulator, so bad connection on fuse, or the wires between battery and fuse or fuse to regulator. If the warning lights don't work once started, the fault is between regulator and ignition switch, the switch itself, or the main live from the switch. The fault could also be the main earth from engine to frame, but this is less likely.
