84 200s three wheeler clutch slipping

84 200s three wheeler clutch slipping
The clutch slips in 3rd and 4th gear, I read somewhere using the wrong type of oil could possibly cause this which of course I did use the wrong type of oil. I tried adjusting secondary clutch, no luck. I guess I'll be buying new plates
