Anything under 40 for the pilot jet is quite small and prone to clogging in my experience. The Chinese units copy the jets well, but save some money by leaving them unmarked. !

Being an 04 you should have adjustable needle would try lowering 1 notch like sr.ruedas suggested 2nd from bottom.

gonna need all the help I can get lol, so I took apart the carb the other night and moved it to the 4th clip on the needle, and also I installed a 162 main and 40 pilot. I struggled but I managed to get it running for a few minutes and it sounded good revving it, not perfect but ok, it wouldn’t stay idling. But I went to adjust the air mixture screw, and it was turned all the way in? So I tried to back it out just one turn and now there’s gas leaking from the carburetor out of the overflow tube. Kinda lost.. help would be greatly appreciated guys! Thanks a lot
