I have a big gun complete system with the head pipe, put bigger jets in the carb, and put a k&n air filter with an outerwear on it, and you can tell an extreme hp gain

Just think what Killer 250r could do if he had a Raptor. This forum would be just Killer.

Killer250R...

If you are any good at riding a quad or any ATV for that matter you would be able to do the same quality wheelie on any machine. I personally havent tried to wheelie on one with a clutch, but my firend has one and he can do ones as good, if not better than an ATV with a manual clutch. As far as my wheelies go I do just fine, in fact I have had to hop off a couple of times just so I don't smack my head on the handle bars when i come back down. FYI I have an atuomatic. As you can see it doesn't matter what type of clutch system you have.

BK,

Where did you get new springs? Did you change them yourself(all three)?
Did you change springs before you got new tires?
Do you know how much your old(2ply) tires weigh vs. your new tires(?ply)?

Thanks

Pleeeaaasse someone with actual KNOWLEDGE, tell me that a 300ex is faster than a 250ex... I haven't rode a 250ex, but rode several comparable models(Lakota sport, blaster, ozark) before I bought a 300ex for my gf. I find it VERY hard to swallow that the 250, being more of a beg./ kid quad would have as much power as the 300.. I was told by a few folks that the Lakota sport would outrun the 250ex rather well, and I thought it felt like a dogg compared to the 300ex.. Even my gf was bored testing the Lakota. (which is why I went ahead and got the 300ex, more money, but hell, there obviously a proven quad).

And geez, if you do respond, do me a favor and state you age, It helps me sort out the BS....

This post should have been deleted long ago. Of course the 300EX is faster, the 250EX is just high geared.

Evilspawn I have no clue what your trying to prove to me seeing how I stopped postign over 2 months ago. Whatever your trying to tell me about the clutch doesn't sound accurate so I will disagree.

Just imagine If I had a raptor.........
