Hey guys I need some help. I have a 99 400ex, I haven't had any problems with it until now. My bike runs great except when I take whoops it starts to bog down. I have changed my plug so I know that is not the problem and it has never done this before. It runs great the rest of the time no bogging at all. Any ideas on what might be wrong. THANKS

Well since no body has actually helped oyu maybe i can. Maybe it is time to clean your carb? Maybe it isnt getting adaquite flow. or time to clean your filer. Who knows but check these two things maybe it will help. Other than that i am just not sure.

I SEEN IN ONE OF THE MAGS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM, THEY SAID YOU NEED TO PUT A ANTI SLOSH FLOAT BOWL ON. I DONT REMEMBER WHO MAKES IT BUT IF YOU CALL SOMEONE AT TC OR POWEROLL THEY PROBABLE COULD TELL YOU.

SMALL ROLLING BUMPS THAT YOU TRY TO HIT IN SEQUENCE. USUALLY THEY ARE ABOUT 1 TO 2 FEET IN LENGTH AND ABOUT A FOOT HIGH. THEY'RE JUST REALLY ROUGH STUTTER BUMPS. IF YOU HIT THEM FAST ENOUGH YOU CAN SKIM THE TOPS JUST KEEP THE FRONT END LIGHT.

I will go and clean my carb out tonight and see if that helps. THANKS for all your help!!!!
