87 Honda 250 4 trax hard to start
#1
This 250 4 trax is hard to start after it has set for a couple of days. If I pull the plug and give it some gas in the plug hole it will start sometimes have to also change the plug.
Once started it will start right up time after time.
IT appears that the plug is dry when I take it out like it is not getting gas or has not been getting gas.
I woud appreciate any suggestions.
thanks

Does it do this when you pull the choke?
Have you checked the compression lately?
Kick it over a few times to prime the cylinder. If it still doesn't fire, you may be too lean on the pilot. Also check to see where the air screw is adjusted to. Should be about 1&1/2 to 2 turns out.
Make sure you have fresh fuel too.
What oil are you using, and at what ratio are you mixing it?
