hey guys, dont usually hang out here much, but I have a question for ya'll since your the honda experts.

ok...I can get a used 400ex for next to nothing, I want to build it up fast just to play around with and to have a spare quad. What will a jet kit and pipe and 440 kit set me back? and is this the best setup to get big power? I would like it to be relatively fast right off the bat, I have a cannondale so I would like it to be comparable powerwise. Maybe I should do different mods, what do you all think?

Check out either Duncan or Curtis Sparks racing. They sell 440 national kits that make alot of power. If you dont have the money for those, Get the pipe and a drop in cam, with a K&N air filter.
