Big bore for 300ex

Default Big bore for 300ex

I planning on putting a big bore in my 2002 300ex. What commpany do you think would be the best. If you know anything please let me know.

I'd go with Ritter Cycle Racing. Rick is a great guy and he'll get the job done on time.

I'd stay away from FST. I wouldn't let them work on my lawnmower!

What size are you gonna get? I think the powroll kits sound really good but i am not sure about the reliability. Check out there site for the 300ex Powroll's site

I am planing on getting the 313cc its the bore kit the recommand in the average person who buys off powroll. Does anyone think it is worth it or no.

Default Big bore for 300ex

My girlfriend has a 305ex. That doesn't seem like much but they are only 282 stock. The 305 is the stock cylinder bored to its nut. It is alot cheaper than a new cylinder but can longer be honed. With a cam, port job and new piston, $700, I can do 4th gear wheelies with stock gears and tires. Save your money andyour cylinder geta 305 kit.

stock they are 292 cc
