Honda's can fly!
Hey guys. I've been lurking here for a few months, (since buying my '02 Honda 350), and I thought I'd let you know that I put up a web site. It's got some pics of my buddy Cayman, ('03 450S), and I, having fun with some friends of ours.
Take a look. www.angelfire.com/ns2/4wln |
Honda's can fly!
That's me going across the cable on my 03' 450S. Honda's can really fly....This is how we cross the river to get to our hunting camp. We've been doing it for 10 years.

Who's idea was that? That's awesome!!! I would never trust that little cable with my quad. What is it anchored too and have any accidents happened yet?

Nice pictures guys. You've helped me get through the work day. Just curious what state(s) were these pictures taken in? Looks alot like Maine.

The cables are anchored to large rocks and 4foot wide pine tree. We've not had any accidents and have been doing it for 10 years. It works great. The pictures are taken in Nova Scotia. Every once in a while we have to re tighten the cables, otherwise you bounce so much. My father, uncle and cousin all worked for the local phone company so are quite used to working with cables. My other uncle is a machinist and he made the pulley's. We two cables, one for going each way across the river. I've done it before, but I was nervous the first time I put my new machine across....

Nice pics... The cable idea is pretty innovative.
