What makes you a Honda loyalist?

I drive a Honda because I have a 1985 TRX 125 - no suspension - that has never broken down. All seven of us drive it in the family and must have at least 20 000km on it. I drive it everywhere, snow, mud, water, everywhere. What have we replaced? Tires. Nothing but tires. When it's -35 degrees celcius, you pull the choke, and the little Honda easily comes to life. I never got pulled home, pulled out of a sutuation or have broken down. It is for those reason's, and more, that you will never find me drive another brand of ATV ever.

I love my Honda 400Ex because I have had it for about 7 months and the thing runs great and has not had any issue's! I have a honda CR250 an that thing has been a workhorse!! All my buddies ride red and they are all extremely happy!! That's my two cents on Honda!

I am loyal to my bank account, I will ride or buy what ever is going to give me the most value for my dollar....be it kawasaki, honda, ....etc.. Just remember large corporations are only loyal to their bottom line and nothing else, period. Just ask all the 01 raptor owners who have had tranny failure.

I love my Hondas simply due to the farm work the Foreman 450s does. It is simply amazing how much work they do. And to someone who said the 450s was under powered? I've hauled 1000+ pounds of feed from my neigbors to my house, 3/4 of a mile, yeah I know its alot, but it hand to be done somehow because the wagon and the vehicle had to fit in my neighbors barn inorder for it to be filled with feed. The 450 handles that with ease. I don't think I could say much about the other competitors who are simply looking for looks and speed. : )

Nothing at all.
I own one, I liked it when 300's where still popular. I respect its reliability and others like it. But for performance, no Honda comes close to dominating its class. As long as I have money, I'll buy what I want. If I come to a tight budget, I'll get a honda because it will definitely last a good while.
Loyal to no brand. If Honda makes a Rincon with discs and a locker, by all means I would consider it the best quad ever made. Of course the same would go for a Grizzly with a 6 speed manual transmission.
I personally think brand loyal people are shallow minded buffoons. I can understand if you have had good luck with something and want to stick with it, but that comment centers more on guys that would say "I would take a Recon any day over a Sportsman 500, Honda rulz!". Same goes for any other brand whether it be Beartracker/Prairie or Blaster/400ex.
I'd rather be independant than follow the flock

It started for me in 1969 when I was sitting on the floor in our garage looking over my 1969 Honda mini-trail 50 and could tell right off it was a better made machine than my fathers 1966 Oldsmobile.

I'm not brand loyal, but after seeing all the Honda quads and trikes my freinds and family have owned over the years and how many still run flawlessly today, especially when compared to offerings from other manafacturers, I'd be hard pressed to buy anything else. I also go by what ATV mechancics have to say. I know a few, and they tell me what they see come into there shop, adn for the most part Hondas don't.
I don't care if I don't have the fastest or the best braking, Honda gets those jobs done well, but is reliable. I don't want to fool with maintaining belts, checking coolant levels, fixing fuses and electronics. In the woods I want the 1070 Ford Bronco of ATV's, not a 2002 Cadillac Escalade. I want is bullet proof, and miminal maintenance, get on and go!!!
This is my choice, others want true 4x4, auto's, soft ride...I'm happy with what I have.

How many miles a year do you put on your atv?
I put atleast 3600 miles a year with no peety to the machine and thats why I only have Honda atv's now!
I had allmost all brands and they are not as cheap to keep going and for me that is very very important,I hate spending my hard earned money on parts.
With the miles I did in my younger years I had a monthly payment of 90$ just for brakes on my wolverine.

Personally I have brought a brand new Honda car and for years it had not one single problem. Thats what made me get a Honda ATV and I think they have a bigger budget then other manufacturers when it comes to R&D.
