Warn 2500lb. It is easily installed with the appropriate mounting kit, is fairly trouble free, parts are rather inexpensive and readily available, and it has lots of balls to pull a 500+ lb quad. I find the 2000lb warns to work also, but they come with a poorer switch to control them and the better switch for the 2500lb is worth the extra money.

If the choice is between the 2000 and 2500 lb winch, go with the 2500, way better value, its the same winch, only the 2500 has a better solenoid, and switch setup.

If money is no object go for the new warn 3000 lb. Bigger is always better!!!

the best winch for a honda is the biggest one you can find because you would get stuck so much with 3 wheel drive no ground clearance.A friend off mine has one and it gets stuck all the dam time.I told him the next time we go out it will be $5 a tow lets say i made a lot of money that trip.
