How do you folks get around your electric fences. I am looking for a easier way to cross my fence lines that doesen't involve getting on and off all the time. I use the spring loaded insulated handles now.

Go to an area where there arent any animals, or make it so there arent any animals where you are. Approach fence between stakes at about 45 to 60 degrees, stick foot out, step on top wire, drive front wheel on fence, and if you steer right you will always have a tire holding fence down. I do this on long runs of wire, slack isnt a problem, and if it is, step on wire so you bend fiberglass pole over. It's annoying, but I dont see a good way to get around it. The only way i break a wire is if i get hooked, or it wraps over the tire.

Only rarely must I lift my butt off of the seat, but I'm a tall guy.
