Happiness is a big gut pile. :) I haven't hunted in years but still like some wild game. The best I had was probably venison Stroganoff. Pour some of that over noodles and enjoy.

As much as I like venison I prefer moose (not Moose).


Here's a photo of a red stag I shot in New Zealand a couple months ago.

Depending on who you ask venison means the whole deer family including moose and elk. Others say it's just whitetail and mule deer. I haven't had moose but elk is good.

Yup; in some places venison means all wild game. For my circle of friends / family it means deer. I've had elk, and like it better than deer, but still not as good as moose IMO.
