It's been 10 years since My wife and I were forced to sell everything. Well, now that we are financially caught up from a disasterous financial set-back, I felt the need to 'heal' a little bit. Out of everything that we had to part ways with, I seemed to miss my quad the most.

I found an '01 warrior, cheap, similar to my old toy, and am nursing it back to health. I know that these are pretty outdated, and can't handle or keep up with all the new/improved machines, but I still think that it was a fun, and nearly indestructable, quad for the money, and for the relatively mild riding that I do, I'm sure I'll be pleased, just as I was 10yrs ago.

I'm Jeff, I'm 37 with 2 kiddos(soon to have their own machines), and the wife is getting one next.(again) I play guitar and banjo(no canoeing jokes, please), and I build cars. Currently a 66 VW Bug with a Hummer H2 engine and a 6spd. And I'm a gun nut.

Located outside of Detroit, but will once again be riding in Houghton Lake area.

Welcome back to the forum, Jeff. Yes, now that you mention it "Dueling Banjos" is coming into my head. Back in my reprobate days I did a long canoe trip with buddies. We all had shirts that said, "Deliverance II, Squeal Like a Pig". Yes, I was an idiot....
