Hello from Memphis, TN

My wife and I just bought an ATV. We're near Memphis, TN. I'm looking for suggestions:

1. A good place to get very basic, general ATV riding information. We will be taking the ATV Riding Class than Polaris provides soon, but I'm looking for a link to read in the interim.

2. Places to ride near Memphis TN. Nothing fancy, just a legal place to try our new ATV.
