1992 350 Polaris 350 4x4 issue need hepl please

Hi everyone! Thank you for the opportunity to ask some questions and hopefully help some folks:)

the problem i have is the atv starts okay, idles okay, but will not rev up.
the exhaust is "put-putting" noises back out through the carb.
what i have done so far is cleaned carb completely and installed new carb kit, checked and cleaned reed valves all good there, installed new plug and coil. checked piston and rings are slightly worn a bit, piston seems okay
exact same problem still persists.

any advice please and thank you?

Welcome! Best to ask future question in the Polaris section so more people can see your questions. But since you're here, what compression reading do you show? Have you also replaced any crank seals? The one behind the drive clutch is the main culprit that leaks the most. If compression is more than 120 psi, carb is ok as you say, then could be electrical breakdown? Pull the black wire from the reverse limiter under the headlight and see if that solves the problem. The reverse limiters were bad on shorting out and limiting in forward. Either module 30 or the other small module not listed(only one that has a black wire leading to the circuit board)
