Default cpacities and type of oil and tranny fluid on hibird 250 stw

hello all! I just got a hibird 250 stw that was given to me by a friend. no owners manual etc. Does anyone know the capacities and type of oil and transmission oil i should use in this ATV? Im going thru it and doing all the basics to get it running again and dont know how much and what to use. i know if you use the wrong stuff it can wreck your stuff. The so- called "owners manual" i downloaded from some company recommended on here was utterly useless and had no capacity and type information whatsoever. It had only the most basic information like this is your clutch lever, this is your brake lever etc. Worst 5 bucks i ever spent! So if any of you experienced quad folks know the answer please let me know. one thing im discovering about these bikes is there is almost no printed materials on them and answers are hard to come by. Im almost afraid to download a service manual based on my experience with the owners manual. Help! Thanks! you can also email me at mark.ferebee@yahoo.com if you want

Looks like a Honda CG clone engine so it should take just over 1 quart of 15/40 motorcycle oil or many people including me use Shell Rotella T6. For a manual on the engine you can download a factory service manual for a Honda CG125. Most parts and specs are identical but the bore and stroke on your engine will be different.

BTW, there is no separate transmission oil, the engine oil also lubricates the transmission.
