Help
I have a 2006 Polaris Sportsman 90 that bogs down after running about 10 minutes Has a new carburetor
I am at a loss |
Check that you have a good fuel supply running to the carb. If that is ok,then I'd check compression. Manual calls for 115 psi minimum but some can run a little while on 100psi or less, lose compression and die. Compression check would be the next thing I'd check.Electrical break downs can do the same thing. Here's a free manual that can help you. Hope it still works.2003 Polaris Scrambler 50-90 Sportsman 90 Predator 90 Service Manual[1] - Documents If it doesn't here's one for 5 bucks.2006 Polaris Sportsman 90 Service Manual PDF Download

Welcome to the forums.
OPT, does this model have a tank vent hose? |
They all have some sort of tank vent hose. This could be a problems area also if the vent line is kinked. Could restrict fuel flow until it got another good gulp of air.
