My '07 500 EFI isn't charging. Tried new battery, new stator, cleaning connections...nothing so far has worked. It's cooling fan also stopped coming on and it only starts in L, H, or R, not in Park or Neutral. Has anyone else out there had similar issues at the same time? We use our machines to get a family of four to a remote camp and for logging and would greatly appreciate any help getting back on trail!

 

Welcome to the forums. More than likely the pdm module located at the front of the machine.Handles charging among several other functions including the fan and hot light. You can check power going into it and see if power is coming out. If not,sounds like the charging part is faulty. Item #11.
