Default Yamaha Moto 4 350 1987 restoration

Hi to all !
I am working on the restoration project of my first 4 wheeler, Moto 4 350 ER 1987 i got a while back. I really like them old Yamas.
I have been rebuilding several things on it but finally I am done!
I started with rebuilding centrifugal clutch. Few different will fit. Big bear 350 clutches will work. I was able to find good, used one in nice unabused condition. My original went out. One of the springs broke and mess up the clutch.
After that was done, I started to rebuilt the carburetor. I got a rebuilt kit for Warrior 350. Different main jet few sizes bigger, needle and seat and pilot jet. It don't workout. Machine was running to rich, sputtering at the high rpms and that was fixed, no middle range power. I ended up cleaning the old jets and putting it back togheter as originally intended. I only changed the bulbs for LEDs to ride at night.

Final day of restoring my old yamaha moto 4 350.
Machine is all stock , only updated the light bulbs for LEDs and mounted the passenger bag.
Here without the bag.

Welcome from Colorado: You participate in an aspect of the hobby that I'm interested in, but have not started any projects. Your Yamaha 350 looks great in the photos you posted. The brand discussion area of these Forums are full of enthusiasts like you who rebuild these early quads.

Sure looks like fun.

Nice restoration. I've just purchased a motocross 4 350 2x4. It's in pretty good shape. Won't take much to get her going but I'm far to picky to just get it going lol. When I'm done it will. be right. Won't look as good as yours but it'll be solid. Looking forward to the work.
